Guidelines for throwing prizes and candy from entries:
Candy or other promotional items must be distributed as close to the street curb as possible to prevent young children from coming close to the moving vehicles.
All motor vehicles must be safe operational condition and must be operated in a safe manner at all times. No “Burn-Outs, Wheelies, Stoppies or other unsafe driving acts are permitted.
Failure to follow this rule will result in removal from the parade and appropriate action by law enforcement.
No entry should fail to keep pace with the entry ahead of them and shall not stop to perform, converse with the spectators, or for any other reason. These cause large gaps in the parade which is the top complaint of viewers. Those who violate this rule may be asked not to return.
Name of Group,
These rules are necessary for the safety of spectators, especially the small children along the parade route.
